I'm a fully qualified teacher with a degree in Early Years and have been teaching in nurseries and primary schools since 1988. I'm Mum to 3 adult children and Nanna to 4 beautiful grandchildren.

Preschool Business Manager DSL
I am the Business Manager at Tots and I have the pleasure of working across all 3 settings. I have worked in the Early Years sector for over 10 years and I hold level 5 in Operations and Leadership Management. I have 2 children of my own who are both at secondary school. I enjoy being busy, getting to know our families and the fact that no two days are ever the same at preschool!

I have worked in early years since 2008 where I began my journey as an apprentice nursery nurse and completed my Level 3. I went on to complete my Level 4 in 2012 and I am currently studying my level 5 early years lead practitioner. As they say 'find a job you love and you'll never work a day in your life' and for me this really is true. There is nothing I love more than supporting the Tots on their journey to becoming resilient and independent little people, encouraging them to be the very best version of themselves. I am the SENCO here at Sevenoaks and you'll most likely find me at the messiest tuff tray or creating something sensory. I also have two children of my own so the fun just never stops!

I started my childcare journey in January 2024 volunteering at the Tonbridge setting, moving to Sevenoaks in September 2024. I am currently studying for my level 2 Early years Educator qualification. I enjoy every aspect of working in Early Years, watching the children grow and learn is really rewarding. My favourite activities are craft and outdoor play.

I have several years of childcare experience working in preschools and holiday clubs. I am married with two boys 19 and 12. I enjoy arts and craft, messy play and enjoy watching the children have fun whilst learning.

I enjoy arts and crafts as well as messy play. It is so rewarding being a part of your child's journey as they flourish here at Tots before they move on to big school.

I started my childcare journey at Tots in April 2025 and I am excited to begin studying for my Early Years Educator qualification. I am a Mum of 3 children - twins and a younger son. I’m passionate about supporting children in their earliest years, helping them learn, grow, and discover the world around them. What I love most is seeing children develop their confidence, independence, and curiosity each day. It’s so rewarding to play a part in their journey and to create a safe, nurturing environment where they can thrive.

I am a level 3 practitioner and have over 10 years experience in childcare. I have a daughter and we love spending time in the garden, completing DIY projects and looking after our pets in our spare time. I love being creative and messy play!

Hi my name is Alice. I have worked with children for over 8 years. I love working with children because it’s so rewarding to see children achieve and be proud of themselves. I love the outdoors and seeing children explore nature and all it has to offer. I have a daughter of my own and our favourite thing to do is to walk our dog, especially in the winter. The thing I love most about working within early years is helping new children settle and to see them form friendships and play alongside others.
